Before founding his own firm, Sebastian Nuñez spent years at the second-oldest law firm in Texas—one of the most prestigious in the state—where he rose to partner and earned a reputation as a fierce trial lawyer, defending some of the country’s largest corporations in complex cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and product liability.
He’s been in the war rooms of major manufacturers. He’s questioned expert witnesses on the stand. He’s defended multimillion-dollar lawsuits in Texas state and federal courts—and he’s taken more than 100 depositions from expert and corporate witnesses across the country.
Sebastian’s legal career has always been rooted in one thing: mastering the courtroom. Over the years, he’s handled cases from both sides of the docket—plaintiffs seeking justice after life-altering injuries, and companies facing serious legal exposure in high-stakes litigation.
