About Founding Partner: Sebastian Nuñez
Before founding his own firm, Sebastian Nuñez rose to partner at one of Texas’s most respected law firms, where he built a reputation as a formidable trial lawyer. He defended some of the nation’s largest corporations in cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, and high-stakes commercial litigation.
He has tried cases to verdict, argued in appellate courts, and led defense teams in multimillion-dollar lawsuits across Texas and beyond.
That experience — understanding how the opposition builds a case and how to dismantle it — now powers his advocacy for clients on the other side of the aisle.
