Before founding his own firm, Sebastian Nuñez spent years at the second-oldest law firm in Texas—one of the most prestigious in the state—where he rose to partner and built a reputation as a fierce trial lawyer. He defended some of the country’s largest corporations in complex cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, product liability, and high-stakes litigation.
He’s been in the war rooms of major manufacturers. He’s questioned expert witnesses on the stand. He’s defended multimillion-dollar lawsuits in Texas state and federal courts—and he’s taken more than 100 depositions from expert and corporate witnesses across the country.
